Permission to use, copy, modify, reverse engineer, and distribute this software and its documentation for educational, research, and not-for-profit purposes, without fee and without a signed licensing agreement, will not even be granted unless committed to writing, and provided that the above copyright notice remains in tact

The PPI INSPECTION APPS is provisionally released to Outotec only in the strictest confidence as this software is in the early stages of development and requires testing in on site conditions. On our side we have the checks and balances to only authorise the persons granted permission by Outotec and PPI who need to see and test these Apps and Software links. Thus this software must not be disclosed to any third party at this stage.
While PPI INSPECTION APPS make every effort to deliver the highest quality products, we do not guarantee that our products are free from defects. Our software is provided “as is," and you use the software at your own risk.
We thus at this stage make no warranties as to performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranties whether expressed or implied.
No oral or written communication from or information provided by shall create any warranty statement that is not confirmed in This Warranty Position as described here.
Under no circumstances shall PPI INSPECTION APPS be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this software, even if PPI INSPECTION APPS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

There are always inherent dangers in the use of any software, and you are solely responsible for determining whether this PPI INSPECTION APPS is compatible with your equipment and other software installed on your equipment. You are also solely responsible for the protection of your equipment and backup of your data, and THE PROVIDER will not be liable for any damages you may suffer in connection with using, modifying, or distributing this SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
